In order for Smug Mug to manage your order, you must enable the cookies on your computer.
Here is how you view your pictures on our website:
• On the “home” page, you will see a listing of pages on the upper right.
• Click on the “Your Photos” page.
• On the upper left, click on the purple “Your Photos” link.
• The Appointment photos are organized in albums by names, dates or event.
• Open your album and enjoy your pictures.
Prints are available from our website, at an additional cost. To order prints from our website:
• On the right top of your album you will see a “Buy” button, click on this.
• You will have two options to “buy” – “This Photo” or “Photos in This Gallery”.
• To purchase one photo, select “This Photo” and follow the directions.
• To purchase multiple photos from your album, select “Photos in This Gallery” and follow the directions.
If you want to download your photos to your computer, this is what you need to do. You will need to repeat these steps for each picture that you want to download.
***Pictures are available for client downloads ONLY if you had a paid appointment at a show or a Private Horse and Rider Session***
• Create and name a new “Folder” on your hard drive.
• Roll the cursor over the photo you want to download and drop down menu with sizes will appear on the right.
• Select "original" size.
• The picture will be huge on your screen once it loads.
• Once the picture is loaded right click your mouse.
• Select "Save Image As"
• Name it and save in the folder you made on your hard drive.
• You can then burn a disc from there.
• Then this disc would have the printable images.
If you want to use any of the images as a screen saver or just to view on your computer, make a different folder and save a smaller size than “Original”.
